1 cup plain yogurt (I make my own)
4 oz. chopped smoked salmon
1 teaspoon dried dill weed or 1 tablespoon fresh dill weed
Sliced bell peppers and cucumbers
One serving equals 113 calories, 3g fat, 480mg sodium, 8g carbohydrate, 3g fibre, and 13g protein.
