I got this diet plan from my friend Ozgur. This plan has helped him to lose 8 kg in 2 months. Below list is a kind of Mediterranean diet, and the foods are mostly from Turkish cuisine.
BREAKFAST:
LUNCH:
You can have meat dishes, olive oil dishes, chicken dishes, fish dishes, or steak and salad with lemon or organic apple cider vinegar and cold-pressed olive oil. You can swap salad with one whole avocado with plenty of lemons and cold-pressed olive oil. It is better to skip the lunch meals after a while.
SNACK:
Turkish coffee, americano, filtered coffee, natural mineral water or herbal teas.
*If you feel hunger you can have 15 raw almonds or raw hazelnuts
DINNER:
2-3 grilled or steamed fish per week
Lamb steak, lamb chops, chicken, turkey, menemen, omelette, vegetable dishes with minced meat and vegetable appetizers such as roasting vegetables or salads and one portion of low sugar fruit (green apple, strawberry)
TIPS:
There should be 5-6 hours between meals
Try to skip snacks and lunches
There is no limit on vegetables but stop eating when you feel full
Don’t forget to drink 2.5 lt alkaline water every day
Don’t forget to do min 60min exercise (walking, running, biking, etc.) 5 times a week. Your stomach should be empty during an exercise.

* It is important to drink bone broth and fermented sprout (cabbage leaves without vinegar) every day.
