Healthy homemade yogurt parfaits are simple to make. This is delicious for breakfast, snacks, even for a dessert! It looks great in a glass, but can also be made in a bowl. Use your favorite fruit, or whatever is in season.
INGREDIENTS FOR GRANOLA
3 cup rolled oat
⅓ cup veggie oil
½ cup honey
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
Pinch of salt
METHOD FOR GRANOLA
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius and line a large, rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, veggie oil, honey, cinnamon, vanilla and salt. Stir to blend.
Pour the granola onto your prepared pan and use a large spoon to spread it in an even layer.
Bake until lightly golden, about 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway (for extra-clumpy granola, press the stirred granola down with your spatula to create a more even layer). The granola will further crisp up as it cools.

METHOD FOR FRUIT AND YOGURT PARFAIT
In a mason jar or preferred bowl, layer the plain or homemade yogurt, top with honey or mix with chia seeds (optional), top with half of the fruit and granola, then repeat with the remaining yogurt, fruit, and granola.
