1- Cut your artichokes into 4,
2- Rinse the broad beans then with a small sharp knife cut a line (like chestnuts)
3- Add artichokes and broad beans on a pressure cooker and add enough water to completely cover the veggies then cook for 6 min.
4- For dressing, blend the fresh dills, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper and lemon juice using Blender in high speed and reserve as sauce
5- Put the artichokes and broad beans on a dish, add reserved sauce over them and stir.
